Eco Thailand

Eco Thailand is a not for profit NGO, with Foundation status, led by Thai nationals and based in Surat Thani province. Their objectives are focused on environmental education (schools, local people, local businesses and visitors), eco awareness, communication, co-ordination and practical improvement of the inland areas, tidal beach front and inland waterways of both the mainland province and the islands of Koh Samui, Koh Phangan and Koh Tao. We have significant interaction with key government departments, other local volunteer groups, and related NGO organizations, all of whom can have a major beneficial impact on the local environment.
