If you are thinking of beginning a new journey with yoga or improving your existing training, there are schools that offer 3, 5 and 7 day workshops/retreats which can then lead you on to studying a Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) 200 hour course. If you have less time on the island, many of the schools offer drop-in classes for different levels and styles to suit your personal ability.
